How to Apply Conditional Formatting in Power BI



Guide

  1. Click on the table visual where you want to apply conditional formatting.

  2. Go to the 'Visualization' pane.

  3. Click the 'Format' option.

  4. In the Fields pane, hover over the 'Column headers'.

  5. Customize the font and size.

  6. Select the font color.

  7. Color the cell background based on the value.

  8. Choose the alignment.

  9. Go to the 'Cell elements' tab.

  10. You can apply the types of conditional formatting through background, data bars, and font color.

  11. Click on the slider to enable the settings.
