How to Archive Jira Tickets

Guide

1. Go to 'Project' and select the project you want to archive.

2. Click the ellipsis icon and select 'Archive'.

3. Click 'Archive' to confirm.

4. After archiving a project, it won't appear in the main project listing but will still be accessible through advanced search or by admins.

5. By archiving the project the tickets will also become archived.
