How to Cancel the Smartsheet Subscription

1. On Smartsheet's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'More'.

2. Select 'Account' from the available choices.

3. After that, click 'Plan & Billing Info' to proceed.

4. Tap 'Cancel Account'.

5. Subsequently, click 'Switch to Free'.

6. Tick the radio button beside the item that best explains your reason.

7. Finally, tap 'OK' to proceed.
