1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Channels'.

2. Select 'Messaging' under Messaging and Social.

3. Browse the list of the available Messaging channels and choose the web chat widget you wish to edit.

4. Click the 'Style' tab afterwards.

5. Scroll down to the Frame section and configure the color settings based on your preference.

6. Following that, calibrate the Launcher settings and make your preferred changes.

7. Once done, tap 'Save' to proceed.

8. After completing these steps, the theme settings in your Zendesk Chat widget will be changed according to your inputs.
