How to create a database in notion: step-by-step guide
Databases in Notion can take shape in many forms, the simplest of which is a simple table. To create one, use a slash command or click on it from the options at the bottom.
If you click on the three dotted menu, you will see more formats for creating and viewing a database.
Or, use a slash command (/database) to view and insert a database anywhere on a page.
For this example we'll be using an inline database. Simply click to insert.
You now have a database in the form of a table. For more options click on the 6 dotted icon for menu.
Among other things from here, you can turn your inline database into a full page.
On doing so, your inline database will change into a link to the full page database. Click on it to open the full view.
