Go to the Add Elements menu from the sidebar.
Either search for form elements or scroll under the Forms section. To create a form in Webflow, you need the Form Block. Locate it under Forms.
Simply drag this block to where you wish to place it. Note that all form elements in Webflow can only be placed inside this Form Block.
