1. On your dashboard, click on Create in the left column.

2. In the left column, select Surveys.

3. Hit Get Started to create a survey.

4. Click on Create Survey to begin.

5. Click on the '+' icon to add your survey sections.

6. You can pick from multiple sections such as Introduction, Open Text, Radio Buttons, and more.

7. After adding the sections, click on Continue To Design.

8. Edit the Branding to add your logo and add/remove Mailchimp badge.

9. Use Custom Messaging to edit the Survey Title, Submit Button Label, Closed Survey Message, etc.

10. Edit Styles to pick the Background Color, Button Color, and Button Text Color of your survey.

    Hit Review, on the top right corner, to continue.

11. Give your survey details a final review and hit Continue to pick the sharing options and publish.
