How to Create Subtask in Clickup

  1. Go to the project where the main task is located.

  2. Click on the task to open its details.

  3. In the task details view, look for the 'Subtasks' section. This is usually located towards the bottom of the task details pane.

  4. Click on the '+ New task' button. A new subtask field will appear. Enter the name of the subtask.

  5. You can add additional details such as description, assignees, due dates, priorities, attachments, and custom fields.

  6. Save the subtask by clicking 'Save'.

  7. To view your subtask, click on the task.

  8. By following these steps, you can effectively create and manage subtasks in ClickUp, making your projects more organized and easier to handle.
