How to Delete Status in Clickup

  1. In the left sidebar, hover over the Space where you want to delete the status.

  2. Click on the three dots ellipsis icon that appear next to the Space name.

  3. Select 'List settings' from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Space settings menu, find and click on 'List Statuses'.

  5. In the Statuses settings, you'll see a list of all the statuses configured for that Space. Find the status you want to delete by clicking the ellipsis icon.

  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted by selecting 'Delete Status'.

  7. Click 'Apply changes'. By following these steps, you can effectively delete statuses in ClickUp, keeping your workflow organized and relevant to your team's needs.
