1. Go to 'Project Settings' of the service desk project you want to customize.

2. In the left sidebar, select 'Portal Settings'.

3. Under the 'Portal name', you can change the name users see when they access the service desk.

4. Under the 'Introduction test', add a brief welcome message or instructions for users visiting the portal.

5. Click 'Save' when done.

6. Still in the 'Portal Settings', scroll down to the 'Logo' section and click 'Add logo'.

7. Select 'Upload a photo'.

8. Once you have selected a photo, click 'Upload'.

9. Click 'Save' to save your changes.
