How to Delete Templates SurveyMonkey

Look through the list of your custom templates. Next to the template you want to delete, click the ellipsis icon.
Select 'Delete' from the dropdown menu.
Click 'Delete' to confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted, a notification pops up confirming the action.
