1. From the dashboard, click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.

2. Select 'Edit survey'.

3. Once inside the 'Design survey' tab, go to 'Build' and select 'Add' next to the comment box.

4. Add your question in the empty field.

5. Click 'Options' located above the question.

6. Select 'Adjust Question Layout'.

7. Go to the 'Textbox Width' and click the drop-down arrow.

8. Select your preferred textbox width.

9. Once done, click 'SAVE'.

10. Select 'Preview Survey' to make sure the comment box looks the way you want.

11. By expanding the comment box, you can make it easier for respondents to provide more detailed feedback.
