How to Import PDF into MS Access

    1. Open the Access database where you want to attach the PDF.

    2. Open the table in 'Design View'.

    3. Add a new field with the 'Attachment' data type.

    4. Provide a name for the field.

    5. Click on the 'Save' option to save the table.

    6. Open the table in 'Datasheet View'.

    7. Click the 'Attachment' field for the record where you want to add the PDF.

    8. Click the paperclip icon.

    9. In the dialog box, click 'Add' and browse to select the PDF file.

    10. Click 'OK' to save the attachment.

    11. The PDF is now stored in the database as an attachment to the record.
