1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Calendly" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event, then sign in to your Calendly account.

5. Enter a "Webhook subscription scope."

6. Click “Test trigger.”

7. Select “Continue.”

8. Search and select “GA4" or “Google Analytics 4” as the action app.

9. Choose an action event, then click "Sign in" to access your Google account.

10. Complete and customize the required fields to continue.

11. Click “Test step.”

12. Select "Publish" to complete the integration.

13. Completing these steps will integrate Calendly with GA4, boosting your content management and productivity.
