1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'DataScope' and then pick it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' in the top-right corner, then log in to your DataScope account.

7. Following that, click 'Integrate with Intercom'.

8. Click 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

9. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with DataScope forms.
