1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Facebook' and then select it from the recommended matches.

5. After that, click 'Install'.

6. Tap 'Go To Settings' to establish the connection between the two platforms.

7. Following that, click 'Connect To Facebook' and log in to your account.

8. Read the terms, then click 'Continue' to agree and proceed.

9. Following that, find the Facebook page you want to connect and then click the 'Connect Page' button next to it.

10. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Facebook.
