1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

2. Choose 'Integrations' from the list of options.

3. Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.

4. Search for 'Shopify' and then choose it from the suggested results.

5. After that, click 'Install Now'.

6. Enter your Shopify store URL into the provided input field, then click 'Connect'. Once done, log into to your active account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Install'.

8. Tap 'Authorize Access' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

9. After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Shopify.
