1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, click 'Trigger' to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Excel' and then select it from the suggested results.

5. Next, choose your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your active Microsoft account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Continue'.

8. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information.

9. Once done, tap 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. Click 'Continue' one more time to proceed further.

11. Following that, search for 'Strava' and then choose it as the Action app.

12. Next, tap the drop-down menu and specify your preferred 'Action Event'.

13. Tap 'Sign In' and then log into your Strava account.

14. Subsequently, click 'Authorize' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

15. Provide all the information needed to set up the Action.

16. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish and activate the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your Strava account will be integrated with Microsoft Excel.
