How to Integrate monday.com with Zendesk

  1. Head over to the top menu bar, then click 'Monday Marketplace'.

  2. Search for 'Zendesk' and then select it from the provided results.

  3. After that, click 'Use App'.

  4. Specify the workspace and board you prefer to use for the integration, then tap 'Add App' to continue.

  5. Choose your preferred integration template and then click the 'Use Template' button.

  6. Subsequently, enter your Zendesk subdomain into the provided input and then click 'Connect' to proceed.

  7. Tap 'Allow' afterwards to grant the necessary permissions.

  8. Finally, configure the template settings based on your preferences. Once done, click 'Add to Board'.

  9. After completing these steps, your monday.com account will be integrated instantly with Zendesk.
