How to Integrate Zendesk with Okta



Guide

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Apps and Integrations'.

  2. Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' from the list of options under the Apps section.

  3. Tap 'Marketplace' afterwards to access the integration library.

  4. Search for 'Okta' and then select 'Okta Actions' from the results.

  5. Click 'Install' afterwards.

  6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install' to proceed.

  7. Configure the installation settings and provide the required information to connect the two apps accordingly.

  8. Once done, tap 'Install'.

  9. After completing these steps, your Zendesk account will be integrated instantly with Okta.
