How to Link Google Photos to OneDrive Using Zapier

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel and then click 'Create'.

  2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

  3. After that, click the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

  4. Search for 'Google Drive' and select it from the suggested results.

  5. Next, click the 'Trigger Event' menu to explore the available options.

  6. Pick 'New File in Folder' from the list of choices.

  7. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, then log into your active Google account.

  8. Subsequently, tap 'Allow' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

  9. Provide the additional information needed to set up the Trigger accordingly.

  10. As for the 'Folder' menu, choose the specific folder where you save the image files from Google Photos.

  11. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

  12. Tap 'Continue' one more time to proceed further.

  13. Following that, search for 'OneDrive' and choose it as the Action app.

  14. Next, tap the 'Action Event' menu to keep going.

  15. Select 'Upload File' as the corresponding Action.

  16. Click 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your Microsoft account.

  17. Subsequently, click 'Continue'.

  18. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information. For instance, specify the folder where you wish to save the images from Google Photos.

  19. After that, go to the 'File' input field and click the 'Add' icon next to it.

  20. Choose 'File' from the list of options.

  21. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.

  22. After completing these steps, your Google Photos files synced through Google Drive will be linked to OneDrive using Zapier.
