How to Manage Your Product Inventory Across Shopify and Coda

  1. Inside your Coda doc, head over to the top-right corner and click 'Insert'.

  2. Click the provided search bar, then type 'Shopify'.

  3. Following that, select 'Inventory Levels' from the list of options and drag it to the main workspace for further customization.

  4. Click 'Connect Read Account' to establish the connection between Coda and Shopify.

  5. Subsequently, provide your Shopify API credentials. Enter them one by one into their respective input fields.

  6. Once done, click 'Continue'.

  7. Tap 'Complete Setup' to proceed further.

  8. Following that, click 'Sync Now' to fetch all the required inventory data.

  9. Click 'Table Options' afterwards to customize the table.

  10. Configure the provided customization options according to your liking.

  11. After completing these steps, the Shopify data related to your product inventory will be imported to your Coda doc. You can now use this dashboard to monitor any updates related to your product inventory. If certain adjustments are needed, head over to Shopify admin, and make the necessary changes from there.
