1. Scroll down to your Upwork dashboard.

2. Visit the Upwork Apps page and download the appropriate version for your operating system.

3. Click 'Download'.

4. Wait for the file to be downloaded.

5. After downloading, fill in the details to log in to the Upwork tracker.

6. Select 'Agree'.

7. Select the hourly contract you want to log time for.

8. Toggle on the button to start logging time.

9. The app will take periodic screenshots to document your work and track activity. Toggle off the green button when taking breaks or finishing work.
