Guide

1. Click on the 'Create' button and select 'Zaps'.

2. Search for 'Gmail' as the trigger app.

3. Select the trigger event.

4. Authorize Zapier to access your Gmail account and click 'Continue'.

5. Specify search criteria, such as a sender, subject, or label.

6. Test the connection to ensure Gmail is integrated correctly by clicking the 'Test trigger' button.

7. Wait for the data and click 'Continue with selected record'.

8. Select 'ClickUp' as the app for the action step.

9. Choose the action event.

10. Configure your event action in ClickUp and click 'Continue'.

11. Once done, test the connection by clicking the 'Test step' button.

12. Zapier will simulate the workflow to ensure it updates a ClickUp task correctly based on a sample email. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
