How to Turn on the Comments on YouTube Studio

Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
Choose 'Community Moderation' from the list of options.
After that, click the 'Defaults' tab.
Tap the 'Comments' menu under Comments on Your Channel.
Subsequently, pick 'On' from the choices.
Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
After completing these steps, the comments on the YouTube Studio will be turned on. Your viewers can now add comments to your public videos.
