1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, click the 'Media Integration' icon right below the upload tab.

2. Select 'Google Drive' from the list of options.

3. Following that, tap 'Connect to Google Drive' and then log into your active Google account.

4. Subsequently, click 'Continue' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

5. Find and select the specific image file you want to upload.

6. After completing these steps, the selected image file from your Google Drive will be uploaded to Buffer.
