Open your form in 'Design View'.
Add a text box from the control group.
Go to the 'Data' tab.
Set the 'Control Source' property by clicking the ellipsis icon.
Replace
[CustomerID]with the name of the field/control on the form.Click 'OK'.
Once done, click the save icon to save the changes.
