  1. Open your Access database.

  2. Select 'Query Design'.

  3. Select a table and click 'Add Selected Tables'.

  4. Drag the field you want to evaluate into the query grid.

  5. Click the 'Totals' button on the ribbon.

  6. Click the drop-down arrow and select 'Min' from the drop-down list for the field.

  7. Run the query by clicking the 'Run' button.
