1. Click 'Trigger', the event that kicks off your HubSpot to Klaviyo workflow.

2. Select 'HubSpot' as your trigger app to monitor customer data from your CRM.

3. Set a trigger event.

4. Connect your HubSpot account.

5. Select the exact property field in HubSpot you want to monitor for changes.

6. Click 'Test tigger' and connect Klaviyo as your action app to utilize the HubSpot data.

7. Select 'Klaviyo' to send your HubSpot contact and deal data for email marketing campaigns.

8. Set up an action event.

9. Connect your Klaviyo account.

10. Create a naming convention for your Klaviyo lists that reflects the HubSpot data source.

11. Review your HubSpot to Klaviyo integration settings before activating the connection and click 'Test step'.

12. Test your workflow and click 'Publish' to start syncing your HubSpot contact data with Klaviyo for better email marketing.
