1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger" and search for Mailchimp to select it.

3. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Subscriber" or "Updated Subscriber."

4. Authorize Zapier to access your Mailchimp account.

5. Select the Mailchimp audience to monitor for new subscribers.

6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new subscribers in Mailchimp.

7. Add Notion as the action app.

8. Choose an action event, such as "Create Database Item" to add new subscribers to a Notion database.

9. Authorize Zapier to access your Notion account.

10. Select the Notion database where you want to store the subscriber information.

11. Map Mailchimp subscriber details (e.g., name, email, subscription date) to the corresponding fields in the Notion database.

12. Run a test to verify that new subscribers are added to Notion.

13. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the process.
