1. From the dashboard, select the survey to which you want to add a page title.

2. Click the 'Design Survey' tab where you can edit your survey questions and layout.

3. Click the space at the top of the page where it says 'Page Title'.

4. A text box will appear where you can enter the title of the page.

5. You can also add a 'Page Description' below the title if needed.

6. After entering your page title, make sure to click 'Save' to apply the changes.

7. Now, your survey will have distinct page titles, which will be visible to respondents as they navigate through the survey.
