How to Bulk Assign Tickets in Zendesk



Guide

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Views'.

  2. After that, select the tickets you want to assign to the agent. Simply click the tickbox next to them.

  3. Tap 'Edit' afterwards to proceed.

  4. Next, click on the 'Assignee' drop-down menu.

  5. Under the Support category, select the agent to whom you prefer to assign the selected tickets.

  6. Finally, click 'Submit' to apply the changes and enable the new assignment.
