How to Change the Account Owner in Zendesk



Guide

  1. On the Admin Center tab, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Account'.

  2. Select 'Contacts' under the Billing section.

  3. Navigate to the main dashboard afterwards and click on the 'Account Owner' drop-down menu.

  4. Browse the list, then choose the specific Admin you want to assign as the new Account Owner.

  5. Following that, tap 'Save' to proceed.

  6. Click 'Change Owner' to confirm your request.

  7. After completing these steps, an invitation will be sent immediately to the new Account Owner.
