How to Change an Agent's Name in Zendesk

On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'People'.
Select 'Team Members' under the Team section.
Browse the list on the main dashboard, then choose the specific agent with the name you wish to edit.
Tap 'Account' to access the settings.
Following that, click the 'Name' input field and change the default name.
Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
After completing these steps, the name of the selected agent will be updated instantly.
