1. Navigate to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

2. Select 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. Following that, tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'Instagram' and then select 'Instagram For Business' from the suggested results.

5. Next, specify your preferred 'Trigger Event'.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your active Instagram account.

7. Click 'Continue' to proceed further.

8. Provide all the necessary information to configure the Trigger properly. In this case, specify the Instagram account you want to use.

9. Once done, click 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. Choose the record you want to connect, then click 'Continue With Selected Record'.

11. After that, search for 'Hootsuite' and select it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the drop-down menu and pick the specific 'Action Event' you want to carry out.

13. Click 'Sign In' afterwards, then log into your Hootsuite account.

14. Subsequently, click 'Allow' to agree with the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

15. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required files or details.

16. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish the integration.

17. After completing these steps, your Instagram Business account will be integrated with Hootsuite based on your input.
