Guide

1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Select the app where the integration activity originates.

4. Select a trigger event.

5. Authenticate the app account with Zapier.

6. Add the mailbox and click 'Continue'.

7. Click on the 'Test trigger' button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from Gmail.

8. Once the data has been pulled out, click 'Continue with selected record'.

9. Search and select 'HubSpot' as the action app.

10. Select an action event.

11. Connect your HubSpot account.

12. Match fields from the trigger app to fields in HubSpot and click 'Continue'.

13. Click 'Test step' to test with sample data to ensure the trigger-action workflow runs as expected.

14. Click 'Publish' and turn on the Zap to activate the workflow.
