1. Let's start by clicking '+ Blank doc' to create your decision matrix.

2. Give your document a descriptive name like "Project Decision Matrix".

3. Now, click the + icon in your document to add a new element.

4. Choose 'Table' from the menu - this will be the foundation of your decision matrix.

5. Structure your table with columns for each criterion (cost, time, impact, etc.) that will influence your decision.

6. Add your options as rows. These are the alternatives you're evaluating.

7. Include notes or weights for each criterion to help clarify your decision-making process.
