1. Click on the 'Create' option to add a new project to the list.

2. Create a new project by clicking a 'Blank project'.

3. Name your project, select 'Gantt' as your default view and click 'Create project'.

4. Click 'Add task'.

5. You can rename the section based on your project.

6. Click the assignee icon and assign it to a member.

7. Click on a card to set a date range.

8. Click 'Add section' to create a new column.

9. You can create subtasks to add further details of and functionalities as needed.

10. To link a dependency between tasks using an Asana Gantt chart, left-click the dependency icon and then hold your left mouse button and drag it to the next task.

11. A red line will appear now that the tasks dependencies have been linked.

12. Go to the 'Gantt options'.

13. Select the 'Highlight critical path', this refers to the tasks that must be completed on time, or their delay will affect the total duration of your project.

14. A yellow line appears as the critical path of your project.
