How to Delete a Label in Zendesk Articles



Guide

  1. Click the 'Zendesk Products' icon on the top navigation bar.

  2. Select 'Guide' afterwards.

  3. Tap 'Guide Admin' at the top-right corner.

  4. Following that, navigate to the main dashboard and open the specific article you want to edit.

  5. Tap the 'Placement' panel at the left-side corner to access the article settings.

  6. Scroll down to the Labels section. Find the label you want to delete and click on the 'X' icon next to it.

  7. Once done, tap 'Update Settings' to apply the changes.

  8. After completing these steps, the label will be deleted instantly in the selected Zendesk article.
