How to Export the Talk Dashboard in Zendesk

Guide

1. Head over to the top navigation bar and click 'Zendesk Products'.

2. Select 'Explore' from the provided list of options.

3. Under the Dashboard tab, browse the list of dashboards and choose Zendesk Talk afterwards.

4. Following that, click the 'More' button on the top menu bar.

5. Click 'Export'.

6. Tick the checkbox beside your preferred file format.

7. Finally, click 'Export' to proceed.
