How to Reconnect Social Accounts in Buffer

On Buffer's Publish tab, go to the bottom-left corner and tap 'Manage Channels'.
Find the specific social account you want to reconnect, then click the 'More Options' button next to it.
Following that, select 'Refresh Connection' to proceed.
Click 'Give Access' afterwards to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
Finally, the selected social account will be reconnected to Buffer.
