Guide

1. Navigate to the board you want to share.

2. If you already have a board you want to share, click the three-dot menu next to the board’s name.

3. Select 'Settings'.

4. Click 'Change board type'.

5. Select 'Change to shareable'.

6. Click 'Change board to shareable' to confirm the action.

7. Click the 'Invite' button, and a pop-up will appear where you can add your team members.

8. Enter their email addresses or usernames to invite them.

9. Click 'Invite a new member' to share your Monday board.

10. Once you’ve added everyone, click 'Invite as a member' to send the invitation.

11. Your team member will receive a notification and can then access the board.
