Guide
Click on Admin on the left pane.
Go to Account> Account access management.
Hit Add users.
Enter the email address.
Give Administrator rights to the added user.
Hit the Add button.
Now Delete the user whose access you want to transfer
Hit Remove
Click on Remove again and you are done.
