Go to Google Docs.
Open the document you want to upload.
Click File > Download and select a format (e.g., Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF).
Go to Dropbox and log in.
Click Upload > Files and select the downloaded document.
The document will be uploaded to Dropbox.
