How to Turn Off Email Notifications on Zendesk

  1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and then click 'Objects and Rules'.

  2. Scroll down to the Business Rules section, then select 'Trigger' from the list of options.

  3. Find 'Notify All Agents of Received Request' and then click the 'More Options' button next to it.

  4. Select 'Deactivate' afterwards.

  5. Following that, click 'Deactivate' once again to confirm your request.

  6. After completing these steps, the email notification will be disabled instantly across your Zendesk workspace.
