Integrate Mailchimp and Calendly for event registration



Guide

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start automation.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.

  4. Choose a trigger event, such as "Invitee Created" or "Event Scheduled" then connect your Calendly account to Zapier.

  5. Select Webhook subscription scope.

  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new event registrations from Calendly.

  7. Add Mailchimp as the Action App.

  8. Select an action event, such as "Add/Update Subscriber" then connect your Mailchimp account to Zapier.

  9. Map Calendly invitee fields (e.g., name, email) to the appropriate Mailchimp list fields.

  10. Run a test to confirm event registrants are added to your Mailchimp audience, then click "Publish" to turn on your Zap.
