Trigger Jira workflows from New Relic via Zapier

Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for New Relic and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event.

5. Connect your New Relic account and select the conditions to track.

6. Add Jira Software Cloud as the Action App.

7. Select an action event, such as "Create Issue" or "Update Issue".

8. Connect your Jira account.

9. Select the project where issues should be created.

10. Map New Relic fields (e.g., alert title, severity, description) to Jira issue fields.

11. Run a test to verify that New Relic alerts trigger Jira workflows correctly.

12. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
