Go to Setup on the top right of the page.
Search for Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find menu.
Click on App Page.
Give a name for the app.
Select a layout and hit Done.
Select the medium to visualise your app.
Design Your App Interface.
Drag and drop components (tabs, navigation menus) to build the layout.
Click Save to create your app.
Click Activate to make it available to users.
Assign the app to specific user profiles or permission sets.
