1. On LinkedIn's article editor, click the content text field right below the title bar.

2. After that, go to the top navigation bar and tap 'Embed'.

3. Click the Embed Link text box and then paste the shareable link of the SurveyMonkey form you wish to add.

4. Once done, click 'Apply'.

5. After completing these steps, your SurveyMonkey form will be integrated into the selected LinkedIn article.
