How to Integrate the Email Feature in Intercom

  1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.

  2. Choose 'Channels' from the list of options.

  3. Subsequently, tap 'Email' to proceed.

  4. Under Domains & Addresses, click 'New Email Address'.

  5. After that, enter your preferred custom email address into the provided input field.

  6. Once done, click 'Start Setup For This Address'.

  7. Click 'Set Up Automatic Forwarding'.

  8. Following that, click the 'Copy' button next to the given workspace email and then add it to the default settings of your email provider.

  9. Finally, tap 'Verify Automatic Forwarding' to authenticate your email address. Once verified, the email feature will be integrated instantly into your Intercom account.
